Isaac is the Director of Int Workspaces, leading a dedicated team that designs and delivers inspiring workplace, library, and hospitality environments across New Zealand.
With a background in commercial and residential fitouts, design, and project management, Isaac brings a practical, solutions-focused approach to every project. He works closely with clients to create tailored furniture and fitout solutions that balance functionality, design, and long-term value.
Under his leadership, Int Workspaces has become a trusted partner for councils, national corporates, and local organisations, known for reliability, collaboration, and exceptional service.
Outside of work, Isaac enjoys spending time with his family and making the most of Hawke’s Bay life.

Library Specialist
Kate Baxter

Kate is Int Workspaces’ Library Specialist, helping libraries across New Zealand create engaging, functional, and future-ready community spaces.
With deep expertise in library design and collection workings, Kate ensures the right balance of shelving, soft seating, and spatial flow to support how people interact with collections. Her honours degree in textile design gives her expert knowledge in specifying fit-for-purpose furniture and finishes.
Kate has collaborated with councils, architects, and library teams nationwide to deliver spaces that enhance community connection and usability.
Passionate about creating environments that inspire learning and belonging, Kate brings both technical insight and genuine care to every project she’s involved in.

Furniture Consultant
Keith Davis

With more than 12 years of experience in customer service and sales within the office furniture industry, Keith works closely with both prospective and existing clients to deliver tailored workplace furniture solutions. His approach combines full consultation around specific needs with guidance on fit-for-purpose options, often uncovering solutions clients may not have initially considered.
He’s successfully completed a wide range of office furniture projects across the North Island, from local installations through to larger-scale fit-outs. Each project is an opportunity to highlight the value Int. Workspaces brings to businesses, not only through our products but also through the partnerships we create.
What drives him most is seeing those partnerships evolve—from an initial introduction, to designing and delivering a complete furniture fit-out, and finally experiencing the satisfaction of seeing it all come together. That journey, and the results it brings for our clients, is what makes this work so rewarding.

Procurement and Operations Support
Wayne Harrison

Wayne works as part of the Sales and Operations teams at Int Workspaces, helping ensure the right products are delivered to the right place at the right time. Wayne’s role in procurement and operations support allows him to combine planning, coordination, and relationship management to keep projects running efficiently and clients happy.
With over 30 years of experience across the finance, IT, and office supplies industries, he bring a diverse background and a strong understanding of how to streamline procurement processes and deliver consistent results. Wayne enjoys finding practical solutions that make a real difference in how we operate day to day.
Wayne holds a Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Communications Management, and when he’s not at work, you’ll usually find him out cycling or running around the many beautiful locations that Hawke’s Bay has to offer.

years. Currently, her role is focused on
managing online sales, customer support,
website updates, and in-house marketing.
With over 20 years of experience in
administration, sales, marketing, and events
management, Anne has developed a diverse
skill set through roles across international
and multicultural environments.
Outside work, Anne and her husband lead the
Overseas Missions Team at our church,
and she am actively involved in local
community, volunteering and coordinating
events and initiatives that connect and
support people.

Josh Hill

Josh Hill leads the sales team at Int Workspaces, helping organisations across New Zealand create workplaces and hospitality spaces that are both functional and inspiring.
With years of experience in commercial interiors, Josh specialises in workplace furniture specifications, layout and design and hospitality fitouts. He’s known for his practical design approach and commitment to delivering tailored solutions that meet each client’s unique needs.
Josh has worked with a wide range of clients, from national corporates and councils to local cafés and businesses, ensuring every project combines form, function, and value.
Driven by a passion for great spaces and customer experience, Josh enjoys collaborating with designers and business owners to bring their vision to life.
When not at work Josh enjoys long walks along the beach with his dogs and swiping right on tinder.

Stephan Haywood

Stephan has worked with Int. Workspaces for over nine years, installing and assembling furniture and shelving for clients while ensuring the highest quality standards are met. Over this time, he’s completed countless projects—big and small—always to a high standard, and he’s proud to say he can’t recall receiving any negative feedback. From major projects like Foodstuffs, Te Awamutu Library, and Johnsonville Library, to smaller bespoke jobs, customer satisfaction has always been the outcome.
What Stephan enjoy most is the interaction with our wide variety of clients. He strives to make sure they are not only satisfied with their order but genuinely pleased with the service and results. For him, “nothing is a problem” and “no” is never an option. Stephan bringa a positive, can-do attitude to every project and will always go the extra mile for both our customers and our team.
