Freight and Handling Charges

To return Your Goods, You should mail Your Goods to: 407 Eastbourne Street West, Hastings, Hawkes Bay NZ 4122.

Delivery charges are calculated and added to Your order before You make Your payment, unless Your order includes Goods that requires custom shipping, in which case We will contact You with a price for Your parcel (these Goods are identified on their page).

You will be responsible for paying for Your own shipping costs for returning Your Goods.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from Your refund.

Additional delivery charges may apply should there be any specifications with the delivery address (including the presence of stairs, etc.)

Delivery service does not include the removal of any packing.

Custom shipping will always be calculated and confirmed with You before sending the parcel. Goods are identified on individual Goods pages, and this also shows in Your shopping cart.

Depending on where You live, the time it may take for Your exchanged Goods to reach You, may vary.

If You are shipping Goods over $75.00, You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  We do not guarantee that we will receive Your returned Goods.

Goods Assembly/Delivery

Please email customercare@intworkspaces.co.nz, or call Us at +06 878 6030 to consult with Us regarding delivery options, Goods may be able to be delivered assembled. Some Goods however involve lots of fragile components, such as glass doors, mirrors, etc. which will be hazardous to transport; therefore flat-pack delivery may be required.

Deliveries to rural addresses may take longer than other deliveries. You will receive an email confirming that Your order has been dispatched. Please note that your order may be sent in more than once parcel.

Dispatch and delivery days are Monday to Friday.

Please be aware that some isolated regions may require additional delivery times.  If this is the case for Your area We will notify You of this prior to processing Your order.

Cancellation Policy

If You wish to cancel Your order please contact Us on customercare@intworkspaces.co.nz or +06 878 6030 as soon as possible.

If You cancel before Your order is dispatched You will received a full refund.

Except as set out above under the Return Policy, We will not accept cancellation of an order where You have changed your mind and the Goods has already been dispatched (unless at Our sole discretion). In the event We accept such cancellation, You accept that a cancellation fee of 15% of the Contract Price will apply, unless otherwise agreed plus any return shipping charges.
