Library Shelving at Napier Boys' High School

The int.workspaces team is working with Napier Boys’ High School to progressively introduce new shelving into their library, as funding becomes available. Librarian Ngaio Blackwood just loves the result, and says that her students are definitely enjoying browsing more among the free-standing shelving, rather than the old wall-mounted shelves. Ngaio recommends that any school struggling to get funding for new library shelving should make a comprehensive plan first, and include everything on their wish list. She suggests then getting one set of shelves to start with. In her experience, staff and students are so impressed with the new shelving that you get great buy-in to carry on! At int.workspaces, we’re happy to work with schools to draw up a free plan for your library, and then we can help as you gradually get funding to make that plan a reality. We’re delighted that Ngaio is so happy with the results in her library, and we’re also very pleased that she is now buying her book covering materials from int.workspaces too.
